Hi Farideh,

Yes curses, spells, Witchcraft do exist. I do want to point out though, that Witchcraft can be either positive or negative - I just got the impression from your post you think it's all bad. I am not a spiritual healer, but I have practiced Witchcraft for the last 6 years or so & I can tell you it's not all in the mind of the person. If someone told me 10 years ago I would be saying such things, I would have thought they were mad. My point is, Witchcraft, is like other things in terms of if one has never had any experience of it, then it is hard to believe.
When someone is having a bad time in their lives, it doesn't mean someone has put a curse on them, but it is a possibility. Simple protection methods can be used to counteract this, so at least then you pretty much know that your bad luck is nothing but bad luck!

Imho, the power of the human mind is the strength and energy behind a curse/jinx/bad luck spell. We can draw negative energies toward us just by our attitudes and thought patterns; it has been noted in studies that people who think more positively and expect good things to happen to them do tend to have happier, longer lives than those who don't! 🙂

I do think you also have to take into account the culture and background of a person who believes they are 'cursed'... insome cultures it is accepted that such things are done and of course, that allows negative intent to get a hold in the mind and emotions of anyone who believes strongly enough. Belief is a very, very strong thing.... look at the fundimentalists who are killing people because of their beliefs.

As for spiritual healers helping people who believe they are cursed... I think it's down to the individual and their situation, but I can say that if a person refuses to release their negative viewpoint (for want of a better term!), then no one, not even a healer, can help them move on from it. All healing is a partnership between healer and patient...

A 'curse' is nothing more than negative energy which a person has specifically targetted at someone-or something- else. This isn't to say that it's not powerful, as I'm sure we've experienced at some point in our life, negative energy that someone has directed at us can have a big effect! Also, we do not necessarily have to know thatit has been sent to us. Energy follows thought, andby spiritual nature all of humanity is energeticallyconnected to each other. However, the degree to which the negative energy will depend on the beliefs of the 'receiver'. If the receiver holds positivity high in their consciousness and that's what they give outthen they are not likely to attract the negative energy in the first place.

Spiritual healersdo not have any connection withwitchcraft etc- good or bad, and it certainly isn't our juty to go around practising exorcism!! The only way to stop receiving negative energy is to prepare our mental environment not to accept anything other than good from life, and people. It is the person's beliefs that need to be addressed;)

It is indeed possible for someone to “wish us ill” in the literal sense. In order for that to happen, however, we must have allowed a deep and mutual connection with that person.
Spiritual healing is about assisting any individual to believe that 1) they are worthy of good health and 2) the unconditional assumption of the universe that perfection is our natural state. Often, it means simply allowing that individual to literally feel the healing energy so that they can tap into it themselves.

Yes you are right about witchcraft being positive or negative, I'm sorry you felt that I gave the impression that they are all bad.
I merely wanted to know If such thing existed, or is it just in the mind of the person.
thats why i wanted to know how could a healer cure it.
I dont know if that makes sense.

the person who's cursing, is holding the negative energy, but what i wanted to know could healer cure it. regardless of being cursed, spell, or witchcraft.
I havent been cursed, or spell, because really I dont believe to waste my positive energy into the thought of such negativity.
I just wanted to can a sprirtauler healer cure these curses that some people believe so strongly about it, is there such proof if they do exist for no believer like myself to read about it and understand it more.

could it be if some one literally wish us ill, does it happens. I mean really happens.
if something negative happens in our life would you look at it as ah, somebody cursed me or would you just say I'm having bad luck.
I think its more in the mind, when you are down everything around you breaks.
but when you are up everything around you seems alright.
I'm still hoping somebody help me with my quest.

Let me first say that I don’t believe that catastrophic events can be caused by one person wishing them on another. My son cannot cause me to have an automobile accident because he is angry with me. Health is another issue.

Our state of health (or illness) is closely tied to our emotional state. We create connections to people through our response to them. Deeply held feelings can create deeply significant connections. When we love someone we allow ourselves to connect to them in every way possible, sometimes even giving up who we are so that we can be better loved by the person we love. Our desire is to be whatever they want us to be. Trouble is, we lose our identity in the process.

Even so, there is no particular difficulty until or unless we come to a difference of opinion or a parting of the ways. The connection still exists and it still has the potential to allow someone else to affect the way we respond. If they are extremely angry, we feel it. It they are disgusted with us, or hurt by us and want to hurt us back, the avenue exists for them to retaliate. In this way we allow ourselves to be a part of their emotions and therefore can allow ourselves to become ill.

On the other hand, we can sever those connections just by asking. It doesn’t mean that we don’t love deeply any more or that we don’t have any kind of strong feelings. It means that we stand on our own and deal with our own emotions. The other person no longer has control of the way you think or feel. You keep your identity. You are also protected from outside influence.

Hi Farideh,

If someone thinks they have had a curse put on them, chances are it will affect how they think/feel/act etc & it will become a self-fulfilling prophecy. So yes, in a curse-free zone, people's perception of their bad luck has a huge psychological aspect to it. From the psychological point of view, if the person thinks that a healer could get rid of the (non-existent) curse, then they would feel better about it, their attitude about their luck would change & consequently their perception of it would change too.
If a real curse had been placed on them, I would say that healing (all sorts of healing) would help, but it would depend on what the curse was, (if it was aimed directly at the person/their health then I would say it would help but if it was more specifically aimed at them within theirsurroundings,etc then no), & the strength & intensity of it.
On a slightlyirrelevant note to this thread (& it's not aimed at anyone here), I've always though it odd how people often say they believe in (& fear) curses, but think that good Witchcraft is all rubbishhoo-ha. I never have figured out why that is as it isn't even *logical* to believe in one (the negative)& not the other (the positive).

They can help support you with it & guide youbut, all in all I believe that it is yourself that heals it's self in the end.
keep positive don't fall prey to fear if you can avoid it that is. It can be tircky ..I know.
