As mentioned in my Reiki Virgin post earlier, I did my Reiki 1 a couple of weeks ago.
I have been really good and was given a CD to listen to - for self healing. I managed to get to day 12 and then day 13 and 14 I had been feeling unwell so did not do it for 2 days, but now back listening to my CD again but I am absolutely exhausted and I have a husky throat, heavy head and sore eyes. Weird!
I know that it can bring things to the surface and I have had a lot of emotional baggage over the last 8 months, and alot going on in the family and with my education and studying.
But today I have had to go to hospital for a mammogram (I am only 35) but for the past 6 months or so I have had a lump in my right breast just prior to my period. I have been doing the self healing CD and also the hand placements and today when I went to have the mammogram instead they suggested an ultrasound - they found no lump! Where has it gone! I do think that it was a hormonal lump - very common around the time of a period, too much tissue etc. Did the reiki have something to do with it???
I have been trying to heal myself with my sore throat, my heavy headache and sore eyes - but do not feel better, but the lump is not there in my breast! mmmmmmmm!!!! how bizarre - or just coincidence - or do coincidences not exist!!
Now there is a topic for discussion!!

Well done on the self-healing and keep it up. It's something you should do every day from now on.
As for the other things, I think that's up to you to decide. 😉
