You will have to bear with me I am a newbie to this forum.I have been doing Reiki for about 3 years now and have hasd my 2nd attunment.
About 2 years ago I had a heart attack.I have always had my hands guided in a self treatment.And sometimes the movements have been very vigorus these have including the hands being forced apart and sometimes them clapping very hard.
Now even when I am simply resting my arms and legs may move involntary,this may happen when i am watching tv.
I know i take some medication so I dont know whether that may be a factor. Has any other Reiki practioners had similar experinces.Or is there any negative effects of Reiki I dont know about.

I don't think this is anything to do with Reiki, it's more likely to be a side effect of your medication. Ask your doctor for advice.
