(I’m really not entirely certain if this area is the most appropriate for this post – moderators if it can be moved to a better location please do so.)

Have you seen the third movie in the Matrix Trilogy, “Matrix Revolutions”? In this fictional story the hero, Neo (Keanu Reeves) becomes blinded by a plasma explosion or something fanciful like that. Once blinded he discovers that he can still see. He sees brilliant lines of light that manifest people and objects.

When I look at a persons aura or chakram (a collection of acupuncture points formed by inter-connecting meridians of all sizes), that is basically what I see. It’s somewhat different of course but I wanted to give you an idea of the level I see energy manifest the construct of the body, its energy matrix, aura and even personality.

I am seeking to enter clinical level discussions of the corporeal matrix; its relation to human anatomy and the personality.

I have anatomy of the human body memorized along with the meridians and many acupuncture points. Two of my reference books include “The Atlas of Human Anatomy” by Frank H. Netter, M.D. (3rd ed) and “Acupuncture: A Comprehensive Text. Shanghai College of Traditional Medicine,” translated and edited by John O’Connor and Dan Bensky should I need to look anything up.

With respect to all, I have attempted to entertain clinical discussions of this nature in public but what usually happens is that more people are interested in just talking about what I see. All intents have been good but my need for a noetic, argumentative clinical level discussion has not been met.

If you can see energy with the level of detail I have described above, please contact me privately.

Thank you

Buck,

I'd love to be able to see energy with this level of detail, and I can just about see auras. How do I do it? Is it training, or are you born with it?

Hi ChrisRams.

Honestly I wish I could help you. I came out of the womb with it and it's been with me, changing and increasing throughout my entire life.

I have been able to assist those who are already aware of how they sense energies further it but not someone who does not.

Why? I don't know. Stephen Hawkings and I are both human beings. Stephen Hawkings can do math. I can do math, too. It's not uncommon for me to just do math quizzes and problems simply to relax in my free time -I even use a traditional Chinese Abacus. However, Mr. Hawkings has done a lot more with his mathematical ability than I. We can both add numbers in our heads but for some unexplainable reason, he can add more. I will never do math in my life at the level he has done in his. For this reason, I choose to use the skills I know that I possess to the best of their ability to help others.

You undoubtedly have special skills or you would not be attracted to the practice of Reiki. Regular practice of Reiki will help awaken those skills, those gifts, whatever they may be.

Thank you Buck for your reply. I too have had the ability to heal since birth, but unlike you I've spent most of my life running away from it. Reiki has certainly helped bring my spiritual gifts to the fore.

Going back to your post, I'm familiar with Barbara Brennan's work - is this the clinical anatomy you are speaking of?

Ah, no. By clinical anatomy I mean actual blood & guts. Some of the books I own and use as a reference are:

Atlas of Human Anatomy by Frank H. Netter, M.D.,

Gray's Anatomy: The Anatomical Basis of Clinical Practice by Susan Standring,

Principles of Anatomy and Physiology, Control Systems of the Human Body Vol. 3, 10th Edition by Gerard J. Tortora & Sandra R. Grabowski

And with respect to energy-anatomy I would mean to level it is discussed and explained in:

Acupuncture: A Comprehensive Text. Shanghai College of Traditional Medicine.

Barbara Brennan's work is a great start for anyone and everyone interested in learning to see more beyond what the physical eyes immediately detect. When I discovered her book in the 1980's it wasn't a "now I can learn this" experience but rather "Aha! Someone else sees what I see!".

My sight has changed significantly during the years probably due to a combination of a number of factors (not in any order):

1. I draw. I am an artist and enjoy drawing, getting creative with Photoshop and Illustrator. Just last December I was contracted to illustrate a new tarot card deck (which will be great fun).

2. I do not recall the specific year but some time when I was between the ages of 12 & 14 my grandmother and I were in a bookstore. She was always very encouraging when it came to reading and enjoyed buying me a new book with each trip to the bookstore. That particular trip I found a coloring book that I wanted: "The Anatomy Coloring Book" by Wynn Kapit & Lawrence M. Elson. Granted, that age is a little "old" for coloring books but as my grandmother was a professional nurse for many years, she was more than happy to buy this coloring book for me. By the time I was 15 everything in that book was committed to memory.

3. Reiki. The channeling of Reiki the way that I was taught - that the process was a meditation and to strive to just let it flow without conscious direction, attempting to be in the present moment as much as possible - allowed my sight to evolve. I know that 10 years from now I will see things in a completely new way compared to today.

4. My personal interest for whatever reasons may be is at the level of clinical anatomy & physiology with respect to western medicine.

I do not have any experience “running away” from these gifts. They have always been there and have never gone away. From my perspective they have always been completely normal and natural because I did not do anything to manifest them. This does not mean I have led a completely holy, pure and spiritual life – that is far from the case. I have undergone many hardships unintentionally hurting many along the way. However, I have grown as a result of these hardships and today have a clear vision of what the future holds for my life in this body.

I think that being able to “see” auras and what have you is relatively low in priorities compared to claircognizance (that of just knowing). Everyone has claircognizance and through it lesser senses are perceived such as:

Clairaudience (hearing/listening)
Clairalience (smelling)
Clairgustance (tasting)
Clairsentience (feeling/touching)
Clairvoyance (visual/seeing)

Based on the above descriptions, how or where would you describe your gifts as you understand them today?

My main gift is that of clairsentience, I am a feeler, I feel energy and especially emotional energy. I am also developing clairaudience in my work with animal communication, but do have many moments of just knowing without knowing consciously how I know.

I am also very visual and have the ability to see imbalances on the physical, by that I mean that I can use my eyes and they will focus on an area that is out of balance/needs healing.

Firstly, thanks for clarifying the clinical anatomy stuff for me - I'm learning about that on my course at the moment, and like you I do a lot of colouring in, it seems to help, but I do know a fair amount anyway because I've had a lot go wrong with me over the years!

Anyway, to answer the questions here:

Clairaudience - have had that in the past, usually something very important (like when I was told the person making the phone call I was about to answer was going to tell me his son had just died). Don't get it so much now.
Clairalience - probably the most common thing I get: it started when I could smell freesias and knew that was my grandmother (who was a florist in life) was with me.
Clairgustance - don't think I get that
Clairsentience - I get impressions and *know* things without being told, which you're saying is claircognizance. I don't get what you describe as clairsentience.
Clairvoyance - although I have seen people in the past (like my mom came to me a day before my dad died, she was going to take him home), what I now get is the knowledge of a whole story in the blink of an eye, which has been discussed on other threads.

Bless you for trying to help me here!
