I went for 6 sessions with a reflexologist in feb and during all those sessions my bladder reflex was EXTREMELY tender. Since then, the pain has lessened, come back, got really bad, and weakened again. For a while it even dissappeared, but comes back every now and again.
I don't know why this could be as I haven't had any pain peeing or anything like that...so why the pain?
If you have any ideas....
RE: What could be wrong with my bladder?
Dear Azalia
I'm not quite clear, is the pain in your actual bladder or in your foot? It it's in your bladder a trip to the doc's might be in order to make sure you haven't got an infection eg cystitis. If you have a pain in your foot it could be an actual foot problem so also worth checking out.
RE: What could be wrong with my bladder?
😀 No, I meant it was on my foot on the bladder reflex point.
I know that metaphysical healing makes the connection between water (and therefore bladder problems etc) and emotions- so because I have been very up and down emotionally this could be reflected in the tender reflex point...
I don't know but it's the best explanation I could think of.
RE: What could be wrong with my bladder?
I think you answered your own question.;)
RE: What could be wrong with my bladder?
I guess...I just wanted confirmation!
RE: What could be wrong with my bladder?
I very often find that clients (ladies) have tenderness in the pelvic/ uterus reflexes which are close to the bladder. It may have been due to your menstural cycle.
Do you drink enough water. Drink plenty of water, preferably filtered or mineral, and you may stop any potential problem developing. With some cranberry juice in it, occasionally as a preventive.
Let us know how it is.

RE: What could be wrong with my bladder?
Hi Azalia,
Might it be that you are peed-off with someone who is messing you about and this is your body's metaphysical way of indicating it to you?
RE: What could be wrong with my bladder?
Paul, I see you are also see illness and dis-ease from a metaphysical perspective! (do you have any books by Diane/Thomas Baker?) Well, it could be....father troubles maybe....hmm. I'll consider it! I'm going to the kinesiologist tommorow, so I'll sure she'll be able to shed some light on it[:-]
Jan- I'm not sure whether it could be that- I didn't have periods for at least a year because I was anorexic. I certainly didn't at that point, although perhaps it was hormonal fluctuation before they started again?
RE: What could be wrong with my bladder?
Oh dear. Went to the kinesiologist (she's a reflexology practitioner too) ...there is still a little sensitivity in the bladder reflex, but a LOT in the kidneys (left side) she did some energy work, but was quite concerned, so it looks like I shall have to mope down to the doc surgery[&:]
I do wish they were more open minded![:@]
RE: What could be wrong with my bladder?
Hi Azalia,
I don't have any books by Diane/Thomas Baker but DO believe that there is a very strong metaphysical link/perspective to dis-ease.
Please let us know how your 'mope' to the docs went.
RE: What could be wrong with my bladder?
Thankfully there was no need Paul.
Looked up 'Kidney problems' in the book and it said that these problems occur when we want to deal with a situation as it occurs and feel insecure and intimidated. Intimidated was exactly the word that my kinesiologist came up with during my session! I worked on thse feelings and am repeating affirmations regularly- I feel SO much better now, and the reflex is no longer sore!!!!
The power of the mind....
RE: What could be wrong with my bladder?
I'm very pleased that you were able to work it out yourself, Azalia.
RE: What could be wrong with my bladder?
the most certainly did answer your question...best to do when emotional is do not fight the tears ....GO with them x
