Hi all..

I did a reflexology session yesterday for someone for the first time in a long while... Hadn't done any for well over a year...

Anyway, during the night last night.. my own feet started to twitch..toes..various reflexology points.. you could even see my feet twitching and moving..

Does anyone know why this could have happened.. ?

Thank you xx:o

Twitchy feet

Hiya, were you sitting on a stool? I wondered if you had sat on it awkwardly, or perhaps had your feet dangling/ resting in a funny position? Perhaps you need a different stool, or a couch/ Lafuma of a different height.

Ever since I have been doing Reflex, and have been aware of the specific points, I get painful points in my hands and feet that signal they need attention. Sounds mad, but it happens!

I always find for leg cramps putting some Pyrite and Chrysocolla in the bed helps, it might help you too. Hope your discomfort has eased, Nic

Hi EWS

May be working with "energy" "chi" "vitality" "life-force" (whatever you wish to call it) which often reflexologists do, has stimulated your innate energy and therefore become more sensitive to the flow of your life-force. This isn't unusual. It may settle down, but if not prehaps you are due for a treatment yourself 🙂

Best wishes

Reflex Pixie
