Crystals as in crystal healing crystals?Type "Crystal shop" into a search engine and you'll find loads of them online. Good books are "The Crystal Bible" or "Love is in the Earth - A Kaleidascope of Crystals".
Do you wantus moderatorsto move this postto the "crystals and crystal healing" forum? or am I missing something that's to do with reflexology here? (I'm not too hot on Reflex :D)

The crystals you are referring to are uric acid that deposits and build up in certain areas. These block pathways and cause imbalances within the body.
Lick you finger, put it in a bowl of sugar and roll your finger in the palm of your hand. This is what they feel like.
