Chairs suitable for maternity reflexology

Hi All
I'd like to know what chairs / couches you use for maternity reflexology.
As an antenatal teacher I'm aware that lying on the back is not recommend post 16 weeks. In my opinion the lafuma chair reclines too much and I dont think its suitable especially for heavily pregnant ladies. In class I use a beautelle massage couch which has an adjustable back rest and foot rest so was ideal but they are quite pricey.
I'm thinking a portable massage couch with back rest would be suitable but just wanted to check what others are using before I invest. Thanks very much
