Essentially you get what you pay for. Check the small print if you are able to. What cover are you looking for? How much are you willing to spend? Do you have 'stock' that needs to be incorporated? Do you offer other therapies?

If you're practising as a reflexologist then you really should be a member of a professional body such as the Association of Reflexologists or the British Reflexology Association. They can get you excellent insurance as long as at least 20% (I think) of your practice is reflexology. (it will also cover any other therapies you practise).
If you did a decent course then that should be affiliated to, or accredited by, one of these organisations and you will eligible to join one of them with all the benefits that entails - insurance being one of them. If the course you did is not recognised by a professional reflexology organisation ask them why, as unfortunately it probably means it wasnt very good.

Best wishes,
Angela
