3.BE KIND TO YOUR MIND:Self hatred is only hating your own thoughts.
4.BE LOVING TO YOUR NEGATIVES:Acknowledge that you created them to fulfill a need.
DONT WAIT FOR UNTIL YOU GET WELL,OR LOOSE THE WEIGHT,OR GET THE NEW JOB.........love your self now.

Glad to help,if posting this helps one person,then Im happy,we all live by our thoughts,its changing or replacing these negative for positive that makes a difference to our lives.

This was one of many road signs I came across on my journey of growth,I do,however, have to remind myself every so often,when I feel I am entertaining unecessary thoughts or patterns of thinking.:)
