Hi,

I thought i would share this technique i have devised (it came to me in a dream!).
When your tucked up cosy in bed you relax each part of your body (i didnt create that bit!) as you relax, you thank each part of your body for somthing, even if you hate it.

eg, i thank the fat on my belly for protecting me from sexual advances when i was not ready, i also thank the fat and tell it i no longer need it as i no longer need protection. I thank my palms for helping me develop my path to self awareness (palmistry).

Ive beem doing this for a week and its changed my perception of my body somewhat. This works best when your in the stage between awake and sleep

Hi Seven,
Nice idea. I'll bet it works, as anything you are grateful for, your unconscious will deliver you more of.
Also the time between awake and asleep is basically the same as hypnotic trance, so it's going to amplify anything you do then.

I will definitely try this one. The part about the fat on my belly resonates with me as I've done this for a good five years. About 6 months ago a wonderful man saw through it all and has made me very happy! I will thank my eyes for spotting your post tonight!
