No idea if i have put this in the right place, but do please move me if need be.
I wonder if anyone would know a name of a CD that teaches or trains one to astral travel.
It is a subject im very interested in, but have only been able to find books on the subject and would find it very beneficial if there was some sort of a CD.

Well if you put "astral travel cd" into google there's plenty of hits, but I couldn't tell you if any of them are any good.
It's a bit like guided meditation CD's... everyone's taste in them varies and you don't know if they're any good until you've heard them yourself.

Hi, I would recomment Robert Bruce's 'MAP', mastering astral projection.
It's a very in depth and thorough system giving you the foundation in energy work, which I personally feel is important if you are gonna be doing this kind of stuff, not only in terms of developing your energy body in preparation for projection or OBE'S, but knowing how to ground yourself too.
Important to have some kind of understanding of energy before experimenting with OBE'S.
You can also google his New Energy Ways, ('NEW') there is a really amazing free online guide.:)
