I had my first session yesterday and found it an eye opening experience.
Found out that my body was actually quite balanced which I'm pleased about so didn't take a lot to re-balance.
And that I reacted to cherries (which I don't eat now), malt vinegar which I don't have but more interestingly - cane/beet sugar but I'm OK with demerara sugar. I had a feeling that sugar might be a bit of a problem with me though I've really cut it out of my diet the last year.
Was also told I was low on Vit A and Beta Carotene but if I took digestive enzymes I wouldn't need to take these two supplements as the D.E would be enough.
Would Vit A and BC be a cause to my bloating which is what I went for?
When I got home last night I felt really bad tempered and wondered if it was something from the treatment and today on getting out of bed my arms were really aching? It's gone not but just wondering is this normal?
I've not got to go back for any more treatments - again is that normal?
New to this hence my questions but I'd definitely recommend anyone to go and have a session.
Hi
Kinesiology is very much a therapy where everyone's experience is individual. If you have any questions about the session or the effect of the vitamins on your system, the best person to ask is the kinesiologist whom you saw - as a kinesiologist I know it is not unusual for people to have questions after a session as it is only then that the questions arise; during the session the client has been focussed on the process.
In my experience it is not unusual for a person's system to indicate that no more sessions are needed on a particular issue - but it can indicate that you will know if/when you need another session about other issues.

Having not had it before I'm new to the whole thing and not sure what to expect or what is expected but I'd certainly have more.
