hello everyone,
I recently found this website and have been enjoying reading all your post.
What made my find this site i have been looking into kinesiologist and finding more about it.
And wondering if it could benifit my background is im 26 and for the past 3 and half years have been a sober alcoholic, getting sober i suffered with depression and anxiety and swaped my drinking for high sugar foods for the instant gratifcation. However now im no longer depressed and 3 stone heavier and can not lose the weight or my sweet tooth eather.
I totally accept you are what you eat and ive read enough and my own experience with alcohol shows me you actually crave the things you are allergic to.
I am thinking of finding out if i do have any food intolerences and if so i was wondering if anyone has any experience for me and what type of therapy would be best suited.
I live in lincolnshire/yorkshire
so if anyone has any advice ect please reply

thanks sally

There's a database on here for Systematic AK practitioners -

AK comes in many different forms, so maybe go Google, if no others here can help. 🙂

As to what therapy would best suit you, then only you can decide, but a decision based on information is a good place to start. I'm an advocate of NAET as it specifically targets allergies & intolerances. 😉

Worth also checking Allergy Forum under Ailments -

Good luck - Andrew.

Hi Botty and welcome.

I work with Andrew and do NAET too, but just another thought.....we have a very good nutrional therapist who feels that the key to losing weight is in getting the insulin balance right. After that the weight drops off. He currently has a client who has lost 4 stone, no lie. Might be worth you finding somebody in your area who can help you with this.
