RE: Pranic Healing

Hi All,

Pranic Healing is just another method or form of energy healing.

Prana, Chi, Ki, life force energy, Universal Energy, God, Allah, The Great White Spirit, The Great Architect, Manitou - they are all names of the same thing.

As some healers choose to work with particular colured rays of light or energy vibrations then this is just another form of energy healing.

Another split as in Usui Reiki, Tibetan Reiki, Golden Light Reiki, Lightarian Reiki, Etc,etc, etc.

RE: Pranic Healing

It is actually all one in the same! its amazing how many therapies that do the same thing get labelled with different names, yoga for example, amazing how many different types when if you look they are all doing the same thing! that said, pranic healing is energy healing, prana meaning life force energy, so its similar to Reiki/spiritual healing etc etc so dont be too bowled over by it being something new and different. they are all one in the same.

keep it simple!

Hi Tamlamb

That is bit like saying that all cars are the same, after all they all have engines and wheels and get you from a to b, each system has be co-created by an individual with their own concepts and limitations or restrictions depending on where the person is when they create/channel it, so yes like a lot of cars, they do use the same fuel and get you from a to b but you would not try and convince a Ferrari driver that a Lada is as good would you? 🙂

RE: Pranic Healing

Pranic healing differs from Reiki and other forms of energy healing in that it is unlimited. You draw on the energy of the universe rather than the energy of the healer, which gets depleted. I took an introductory seminar about two years ago and there were a lot of Reiki healers and massage therapists who were interested in taking the training for that reason.

I've had both Reiki and pranic healing sessions and I have to say that, for me, pranic was more powerful.

Thanks for the link. It lists courses offered.

Hi NoPatterns,

As far as I am aware all forms of healing draw on the unlimited Universal Energy. It is only untrained healers who draw on their own energy.

Thank you for sharing the website, I am now looking for a course, in Scotland, to study this, as it seems very intriguing, and interesting.

RE: Pranic Healing

HI paul, thanks for your post, and i agree with you to an extent but i tend to keep things simple and uncomplicated. i used to use reiki but now i simply ask for the healing to commence and it does. its like yoga, there are many many different forms/styles, names and as you said about the lada and the ferrari, but they all work towards the same outcome its rather like walking to scotland or getting the train i guess! weird scenario but it depends how you want to get there and by what means and we will all find our own way and means.

RE: Pranic Healing

Hi Tamlamb

It is difficult to explain some of the differences between the different systems as some of the differences are subtle, I suppose a lot of it depends on the facet of the energy the system you are using tunes into at that time, but the differences are there and can be detected by both the healers and the healees 🙂

RE: Pranic Healing

This is very true Paul. I think exploring new techniques is always interesting but for me i work simple and that works for me. But contradicting in part what i said initially and as you have quite rightly explained there are many many different kinds of healing. For me I love Yoga, but it depends on what is up with me, other times i like to lie on my reiki bed, and play soothing music and let the energies heal me. its all about personal choice.

RE: Pranic Healing

Hi Tamlamb

Yoga has a form of healing if you can get the kundalini raised up 🙂 a bit safer and simpler to do it with kundalini reiki though 🙂

Hmm I will stick with what I know, there is so much out there nowadays its getting bizarre! I will stick to the therapies that work for me and the belief in universal healing and the spiritual realms!

RE: Pranic Healing

I just ordered a book titled "Your Hands Can Heal You : Pranic Healing Energy Remedies to Boost Vitality and Speed Recovery from Common Health Problems" -Master Stephen Co. I know absolutely nothing about healing, but I have an interest in learning a little more about it, and this book received33very favorable reviews from people who bought it. Is thereanything available at this siterelating to the study of this subject?
