Crystal Healing, what is the best description?

I have just recently experienced a crystal healing. I feel I was exposed to too much energy - maybe too many crystals??? What are you crystal practitioners brief description of what to expect? I have studied many modalities and applied crystals in my work (kinesiology, spiritual clearing etc) so I am very familiar with different types of energies. Would love your points of view. Thank you.

Hi everyone, I know these posts are few months old but I have some questions.

What's your experience with Cacoxenite Amethyst, Super 7 gemstone? I have it as a pendant.

Also, I have other 5 crystal that I carry alone each day. What is too much?
