As part of my studies I need to write about Magnetic Hematite, and it's uses.
I know through looking around the web etc, there's some disagreement about whether it is hematite etc, but would only like replies on ways you've used it please in your crystal work.
I'm got some information online, but would like to know how everyone else uses it, so I can try out these techniques.
By techniques I mean:
I have been told you can put two pieces of it either side of a finger (top and bottom of a finger, like a finger sandwich), and use it to draw the two crystals towards the fingertips to help Arthritis in the hands, someone has also mentioned you can use it on the back and in dowsed for points down the legs.
Does anyone else use any other techniques which I can try out?

I don't have a lot of experience with magnets for arthritis.I have chronic back pain from sitting in front of the computer the whole day! My Hubby got me from amazon a seat cushion with small magnets attached to the cushion. Now I am a believer in magnet therapy. It did take a couple of weeks for me to see good results, but it works.
