I have just recently experienced a crystal healing. I feel I was exposed to too much energy - maybe too many crystals??? What are you crystal practitioners brief description of what to expect? I have studied many modalities and applied crystals in my work (kinesiology, spiritual clearing etc) so I am very familiar with different types of energies. Would love your points of view. Thank you.

Is it uncomfortable or overwhelming?
I think the length of time was too long and the energy was intense. I was ok with the intense energy but not with the way I was afterwards.

When one is exposed to energy during any encounter (formal, informal, deliberate, inadvertent , benign or malevolent.....the energetic impact has to be absorbed. Energy is assimilated in a state of loose and naturalness.
State of looseness in body as well as mind( resting psychologically- as in not analyzing what, why, how etc but staying well out of your own way). Then it does not leave you frazzled, bruised and mystified. Same applies to energies right across the spectrum.
Allowing everything that the energetic impact has triggered in body, mind and emotions ....and then a newly found equilibrium strikes.

Most times when I lay my crystals upon me when I have finished I feel very light headed .
I lay specific crystals on each energy center plus crystals at the crown and at my feet .
I have been used to crystal hearings for about 10 years and the effects if I can call it that are natural for use of a better word .
It obviously depends on what crystals are used and where they are placed and what state of your own energy is at the time of healing .
Similar to spiritual healing and all types of healing really where things do depend on where you are at energetically speaking at the time of what energies you are subjecting yourself too will reflect in how you feel during and afterwards ..

yes, that makes sense. I was led through a meditation and it jarred with me. I did not feel it was needed. And in hindsight if there were 20 others in the room malevolent and other energies would have been present.

Thanks daz, my energy would have been very sensitive at the time, and many many crystals were used. I use them in my work but not in huge amounts so it really opened my eyes what a lot of crystals can do to someone who is unaware and doesn't realise they are sensitive 😉
It is very important to lay the crystals properly, in the right order and remove them in the right order too otherwise the client willl get after effects, lightheadedness, wooziness, headache and confusion etc.

I did mention my reaction to the crystal therapist, I also mentioned the fact that I had to do some "third eye beaming" to heal my third eye to which his response was that I should have just gone with the way I felt (which was totally spaced out even after grounding) and that the 3rd eye beaming would have just muddied the waters to areas that may have been unblocking. I trusted the fact that my 3rd eye was not in a good way. I really appreciate everyone's replies, thank you 🙂

It depends on the therapist and what you were going for the crystal therapy for. You are clearly already linked to energy so therefore it may be the therapist wasn't aware or didn't pick up on this and perhaps should have used some more grounding crystals for you. Usually my clients experience a total relaxed state and often report tingling, warmth or coolness. Plus some have experienced out of body , but that is the energy of the crystals and the client is always grounded after. If you still feel too much energy drink plenty of water to flush through plus sit with some black tourmaline - if you have it. Crystals are known to zap people which is why they need to be applied with care, they can also create a healing crisis if not used appropriately. - Please note this is not a negative comment in reference to your therapist as I do not have enough details to respond to their treatments, merely a comment to try to explain.

No, I'm not going to Cascara. The feedback on this post has been great and from what I've read here he was too intense too quickly and didn't account for the fact that my energy was very sensitive prior to the "healing" he did. xxx

Thank you, yes, I didn't see your comment in any way negative and yes in my opinion I did have a healing crisis that I thankfully was experienced enough to deal with. So much appreciate everyone's comments xx
