Hello everyone,

I am new at this and just like pretty much eveyone who's message I read today, I too was looking for more info on Dr.Natura stuff and found myself here. I already bought the Colonix AND Toxinout and began it today..... however, the "scoop of Colinex fiber" thatI hadto drink 15 minutes after having taken the 2"Paranil capsules"didn't sit well with my stomach. [:o]I was sick to my stomach and it ALL came up including the 2 Paranil pills I had taken [:o].... so today does not count.
It's not all bad, you see, I learned a lesson..... begining tomorrow, I will drink it in a small glass of juice. I am sure that will go down a little easier than with a big glass of water as I did today!
I will keep you posted on how things go, because I too was TOTALLY into Speckled Woods story and "poooof" just like a magic trick, she dissapeared without a trace.... Sniff sniff...
I will try to keep an accurate diary of what happens to me and I will do so until the end of my program.

Thanks.... Cinderelli 🙂

This morning everything went very well. I tookmy "2 Paranil Capsules" first thing in the morningand was able to drink my "Colonix Fiber Drink" 15 minutes later. The secret is, take it in a small glass of juice (my choice was apple juice) and drink itkind of quick,in 2-3 sips (if not it gets thick)... It was really easy!

I will keep you all posted.... but so far, so good!

Day 5,
Well, I have been more "regular" to say the least. I am usually the type to go use the bathroom every other week, however, since I have been using Colonix and Toxinout, I have been going everyday and much more comes out!
It is very easy to take all the necessary pills and drinks, however the only downside "I" find to it, is that I have alot "ALOT" of bad tummy cramps. Before feeling the need to evacuate, I first go through quite a little while of bad cramps.... but when I need to go, get out of my way, I've got to go NOW!!! hee hee
I have noticed nothing "scary or crawling" in my stouls... however, they are much more loose and smelly than usual... (sorry if it sounds yucky, but I just want to be honnest!).
I am very happy with the product so far and i'm only embarking day 5.

I'll keep you posted!

Cinderelli

I have been posting on the other Dr. Natura list. Thought I would give you any help you might need. I am presently taking the cleansing, about 7 weeks now.

I have seen some pretty interesting stuff come out, including a very long "Dr. Natura Moment" several days ago.

The cramping is normal, and will get better. You will get used to them. Try to plan your tea drinking. I notice that it takes me 8 hours to process the tea before the cramping starts. I am sure it is different for everyone. But it helps to know when to take it so that you can plan your morning.

to Posh,
go to drnatura.com for purchase (and disgusting images) and see the other dr. natura post.

Posh,

In Europe you can order the products from the [link= http://drnatura.eu/ ]http://drnatura.eu[/link] or [link= http://drnatura.co.uk/ ]http://drnatura.co.uk[/link] pages, both work. Go for health!
Best wishes,

Steve

Hey Ramadani

it is best to take it with juice. It is gross in water, but tastes good in juice, like pulp.

By the way, there is another forum on this site that has a lot more information and posters

hey time - thanks for the info...im scared about the fruit juices - have a small allergic reaction to citris (love my grapefruits though) - and your absolutley 100% right about it being gross in water - it tastes nothing of what it smells.....

again - thanks!

I have had it in apple juice. It was good. Never tried carrot juice, but that could be good.

I have had it in soy milk, if you like it (personally, I like almond milk with vanilla the best)

Hi Cinderelli,

Sorry I disappeared 'like a magic trick' LOL!

Just read your post - after posting at the bottom of this thread, d'oh!

Basically, my hubby went into hospital in another town and I had a lot of travelling to do. Then I took several months off to look after him when he returned home. So I stopped the programme and started again in December, and I have summarised my experience in the other Dr Natura thread.

How did you get on with Dr Natura?

Sw xx
