All depends on what you are after for an Aromatherapy party? Is it products or services? Not heard of either of the ones you state. I used to work for a company based in Leighton Buzzard called Sweet Breeze a couple of years back, they sold aromatherapy based products and they were very good

I did a few parties for an organisation a while back and it worked out to be a pyramid scheme really.

I worked hard at the parties, had a whale of time, did a few freebie demos on the hostess, but was let down by the company as they always left something out of the order which would mean at least one return trip which eats into any profit you make with time and petrol.

well I was already trained in aromatherapy, and the person who started it in our area advertised for qualified therapists only.
I didn't learn anything from them, they just wanted us to set up parties so that the person at the top could earn from us, and the company obviously. it took a while to realise that it was a pyramid scheme.

We did have a few meetings but to be honest it was more like a sales promo.

I'm considering setting my own up in the future.
