Hello everyone
My boyfriend and I are going to Notting Hill Carnival on Monday 
and I just wondered if any of you have any tips - for example where should we try to watch the parade?
Also, although i know the event goes on all day what time does the parade start? I've trawlled the internet this morning and can't find a time.
Any top tips greatfully apprecaited
