RE: Wireless danger

what passes for "science" is still mostly hearsay and voodoo.

Can you give empirical examples of this, seraphsleeping?

RE: Wireless danger

If you believe the radiation from a mobile phone will harm you, then live near a mast. This is because the further away from a mast you are the more a phone boosts its power to find a signal. This will emit a higher "dose" of radiation than from the mast (space is a cubed function) and the further you are the higher to "dose".
If we were to cut out all Electromagnetic radiation of the wavelengths 400 - 700nm you wouldn't be able to see.

RE: Wireless danger

Interesting post Seraph, but how do you then explain the higher rate of recorded disease for people living near pylons and masts, including genetic abnormalities in children?

RE: Wireless danger

As far a I am aware no study has proved a definite link between proximity to power lines and disease, although although a few have infered that this may be a possibility. Even if this is proved to be the case (not just a chance occurance), the underlying reason needs to be understood. Is it electromagnetic or could it be due to pollution in these areas or of a myriad of other factors?
