Hi - thanks again.

Well I survived - but am absolutely exhausted & ache all over. I was so tired driving home I could feel my attention drifting which is not good - to say the least.

I am now trying to stay awake so I can sleep tonight - as back again tomorrow. I have mentally allowing myself 4 weeks to gauge my success rate. I just don't know in all honesty .....

Hi wispy I think you are quite right to give yourself a specific timeframe. So often we just drift along putting up with things. Will keep you in my thoughts and good luck in whatever yoou decide to do.
