Hi everyone could I ask if you have a spare moment you could send some healing. I am laid up in bed with a Urinary Tract Infection that looks like it made its way to my left kidney. Its really painful and I am feeling really sick, sore and sorry for myself:(

Thank you Caroline and Blue floppy much appreciated. Have been given some strong antibiotics which are making me feel really Yuccky. On a positive note though that been nearly two weeks without smoking maybe the sicky feeling is there to make sure I stay away from the ciggies:)
