Prayers for my Mum

Hi all,

Would really appreciate some prayers for my Mum, I am sure most of you know that I lost my Dad just before Christmas and Mum was taken ill shortly afterwards with a blood clot.

Anyway, she recovered really well from the operation, was taken back to her care home and seemed to be doing well until about 3 weeks ago. Her mental health, which has been declining in recent years, suddenly went downhill and this week she had to be moved to a nursing home with full time care. Her main problem is that she seems to have forgotten to function, by that I mean, walk, eat, move, etc. She is also imagining people around her and is often seeing Dad in the room!

I went to visit her today and she is still declining rapidly, now bedridden, barely able to talk, and generally in a world of her own. I don't feel that she has long with us, I am just glad she is not suffering as she was, as she seems fairly peaceful in her own world.

It is really odd, but I keep wanting to talk to my Dad about her but sadly can't. Oakey is being an absolute brick as ever, still plodding on doing Mum's bungalow up (nearly done!), so that we can rent it to help with the nursing home fees. He goes and visits her more often than I do, simply to save me getting upset, as I find it quite traumatic seeing her like this, she has declined so rapidly I sometimes can't get my head around it!!

Any way, that is enough.......please can I have some prayers for my Mum, for a peaceful passing over...I am sure it is near.
