RE: When lessons are being given
My current 'lesson' that I seem to be getting given is 'anger'.
I just havea few notes to add regarding anger.
If you meet with an angry person, you know that if you respond with the same, the anger will fan like a fire. Even if you try to ignore it, it's not guranteed that the angry person will calm down for sure.
Clearly through experience, if you let a person understand that you value and love them, they usually calm down.
That means that anger comes not as a problem, but as a symptom of not feeling loved. The same can be applied to oneself, ifI experience anger, I don't try to supress it or try to change myself. I try to find where Ifeelthat I haveshortage of love. I try to reassure myself that at least, I, love myself. Like its said in the Bible, "love your neighbor like yourself".
