Hi

I was advised that automatic writing was a good way of contacting your Guardian angel. What you do is create a nice relaxing atmosphere by putting on some nice music and burning some nice oils or incense. Have a paper and pen ready. THen sit quietly and invite your guardian angel to join you and communicate with you on the paper. Ask a question that you would like an answe too and then just write down the response that comes into your head. I tried it and it worked really well.
