I was wondering if anyone knew how you can get in touch with your guardian angel and how you would know their name and how you would sense that they were there. I am ready to do this now but don't know where to start. Thanks.

Meditation is a really good way, your guardian Angel is always around you & their presense is already familure to you which makes it harder sometimes to realise that they're there, but when you meditate concerntate on yuor Angel & you'll feel sensations which can be anything from a warm feeling, or feeling emotional or even a hand touching you sometimes. Also I found that using Angel cards helps a great deal. It's not that hard to connect with your Angels as they want to connect with you as much as you do with them...it just takes time but you'll be seeing signs before you know it;)

I agree with Amy. I get tingles when my Angel is around and got my Angel's name when I sat quietly and listened. The first word that then came into my head was Aurora. When I repeated the name, the tingles started again.

Thanks for your replies everyone. I noticed that you can buy CD's to help you connect with angels and guardian angels. Has anyone tried these and if so did they feel that they worked.
