Do not worry about Vortex @nnie!

I saw he was on the board on Friday and sent him an email asking how he was on this cold and snowy day in England! He responded with a lovely message that it was a warm Friday evening and a beautiful moon. His daughter was sleeping and he was having a daddy weekend and off to Teddybear Picnic on Sunday and just loving life lol !
I'm sure he will be about again soon,

Our friend sent the briefest email, simply stating that "Life's really hectic at the moment!"
AWWWWWWWW [sm=cry.gif] so that got me thinking that maybe, just maybe [sm=scratchchin.gif] those of us who haven't received our GUIDE'S DRAWINGS as yet .... maybe we just let up with them ... until ... well ... who knows when??? [sm=rollaugh.gif]

Hi believer and all
Drawing out at the moment
I am looking after taryn at what was our family home
While Leanne my x is having a holiday in Australia
And ill be back home after Easter
And then ill get back to them
But until them spending lots of time with taryn and of to the beach to day
Its so good to spend this time being dad and enjoying it
But finding it a bit demanding ha ha and very grounding

Believer, a useful shortcut to where (or whether) someone has posted recently is to go to their Profile and look in the list ... most recent, last 50 etc. I use my own Profile for the same thing.

Another shortcut: I also keep really interesting threads that I might want to refer back to, in my Subscriptions list - it's like my own personal Search facility!:)

Brent have you any advice I cna pass on to my son aged 18 who will be in Auckland for a few days at the end of April? Any places to go see/to avoid? He's got 5 days there, then he's off to Fiji. Sharonx

I hope he has fun in Auckland
The trains forget them bus are better
If he can get on a bus and hit Rotorua for a few days my pick for some one his age
Or Paihia
But in Auckland there is a lot that you can do but its really what he is in to and how much money he has to spend
Like buggy of the sky tower or harbor bridge
There’s Victoria Park market for nick knacks a neat place to shop
The fuller’s boat trips around the Auckland islands
The pubs and night clubbing but may need no he must take his passport with him for they will ask for id of age to get in
If he is here on a week end tell him to give me a ring and ill take him around some places or things he may wont to see or do it hard with out a car it’s the biggest city in the world for its population
Ill pm you them if he gets in trouble here is good to have some one you can call ha ha
And good for mothers as well ha ha
