Hi
Whenever I do a reading for myself, the Queen of Cups keeps appearing. Anyone got any ideas as to what this could mean? (Head in the clouds, not grounded enough in reality, etc etc; or anything nicer?!) The question is often to do with love or career.
Also Justice and Judgement cards are appearing more often.
Many thanks x
you dont mention the type of deck you are using and some decks have different meanings. i am learning the motherpeace tarot and when the priestess (queen) of cups is upright it can suggest a time of inner musing and emotion. you may want to yield to the emotions you are experiencing.
also, you did not mention wich spread you are using and in what postition of the spread the queen appeared.
finally, as for justice and judegement cards, justice can refer to setting things right, karma. this could be related to just about anything. as for judgement, this may refer to healing and acceptance in regards to things in your past. ie.. judgement day when man shall rise and be judged for his sins.. however, in tarot, who does the judging is soley decided by the reader as you decide that based on your own belief system. again, as i said before it would be difficult to truly interpret the meaning without knowing the placement of the card and the spread used as well as the specific tarot deck.
hope this somewhat helpful

Thanks jc, that really is helpful.
The Queen, and justice and judgement cards, are popping up all over the place, in different places, in different types of readings!
All the best. Hope you're warm right now if you're in a snowbound country x
It sounds like the queen means an opening up of the heart chakra and the judgment and justice cards are about balance. If our hearts are closed, balance cannot occur.
jc1223, I am a Motherpeace tarot reader.
i would also add that if you are getting the same cards repeatedly that perhaps you are asking the same questions over and over and in too short of a time span between readings.
dogwoman, i am so happy for you. i simply offered "my opinion". it certainly was not an attempt to step on any toes. as a reader i am sure you know that each reader interprets the cards based on their individual reactions and intuitions of what they see in the picture and where the card is placed in the spread. surely the ace of discs in the future position would not give the same meaning as it would in say the sky? however, to each his own. thank you for enlightening me as to who you are.
hugs
jc
This card represents the emotions of your journey it can mean that there is a woman that is coming in your life that has a message for you she will resemble a gifted aspect of yourself listening is the key. Usually this is a light haired woman but looking at the other cards in the spread is important as you can bring about a distinct personality of this person. Gypsee
