I recently purchased a Soul Mate reading from a website . It took a couple of reminders for the reading to come through but when it did I was pleased with it. A friend of mine then decided she would get a reading but the website would not accept her credit card so I ordered it on her behalf but sent an email explaining who the reading was for and giving my friends details. Weeks passed and after several reminders she eventually got her reading ... it was exactly the same as mine!
I have requested another reading or a refund but with no success. The reading only cost £3.99 and it looks as if it will be impossible to get a refund through Paypal as they only deal with buyer complaints for actual items and not for service or intangible items.
Just wanted to warn other members ordering readings over the internet.
RE: Psychicblue - A rip off
Can't believe they did that! Plain stupidity sending you the second reading!!
RE: Psychicblue - A rip off
aurora39,
Is it possible that there was some sort of technical glitch between the website and receipt of your email, so that they (or "it" if it was an automated reading) thought it was you again the second time? ie email and website never got connected. Just a thought ...

RE: Psychicblue - A rip off
It wasn't an automated reading, I had numerous emails to and from the lady trying to get a fresh reading or a refund and she promised me time and time again to deal with it but never did.
RE: Psychicblue - A rip off
Ah, in that case I can quite understand you feeling you'd been ripped off [&o]
Have you seen this one?
Lots of satisfied customers there (including me, though I haven't yet got round to posting in that thread), and it's a free reading, they just ask for feedback.

Hi Aurora,
I'm not surprised that you are upset about your reading, the price really is irrelevant, it's services like that which give on line readers a bad name. I do free, on-line readings for TABI and we aim to send our readings to the client within 3-5 days and I think that most clients are extremely happy with the service they receive - not all send feedback so we don't always know.
I can see what Holistic is meaning about the readings getting confused but even so - she should have done you another one when you explained what had happened.
It is very difficult to choose a reader on the internet and I can understand how this has put you off. There are some good ones out there though. At least you were pleased with the first one.

Hi Holistic and Tarotwytch
Yes I have had my free reading from Tabi which was excellent. I have also just joined and hope to do their online course soon.

is there an equivalent of tabi in the states?
RE: Psychicblue - A rip off
Hi Crystarra,
Despite the name, Tarot Association of the British Isles, we have members in the U.S., Australia, New Zealand and Europe so if you want to join you can, if you want a free reading you can as well. As it is primarily a web based organisation it doesn't matter where you are, although we do have social events as well in the U.K.
