I would also add that if anyone is uncleaar as to what constiututes a valid reason for being banned or having posts edited, then please re read the rules that you agreed to abide by when joining this board. It is all made quite clear in there. I would also remind people of the last paragraph which says that we reserve the right to terminate membership at any time without giving a reason. As Tiger, and others have said, this is not the place.

I commend a read of Gillyann’s post at the top of this forum, with the wise suggestion to continue posting to people you know. Which is just what we are doing! But I think it’s probably not such a bad idea to remember that this is a public forum that can be read by anyone.

And I (for I am "turtle" on other forums) have said several times now that only those skeptics, or rather, the so-called skeptics who are of the debunker variety, and the trouble making kind, are the ones who are not welcome in most of my forums. I do have one forum where they.are allowed though. So you are either being dense, stupid, lying or inaccurate.
What you might consider being a debunker, I might just consider being a skeptic. As for the Court tv thread. I was not one of the ones banned, but I did have posts deleted for simple disagreeing with the majority. You might even remember me mentioning it since I believe it was you I was disagreeing with.
Whichever, you are misrepresenting what I have said. You are implying that I "ban" all skeptics right off, and, that I do this in all my forums. Untrue, as you know.
This is a prime example of the kind of behavior we are talking about. Either willfully ignoring the actual content of what is being said, or, too inept to read what is actually posted.
You are also, by association, associating me with Court TV as far as banning goes. While I do post over there under "barbie" I have absolutely nothing to do with what moderators there decide to do to members.
You are stretching quit a bit to take insult at my post. I'm not associating you with court tv, or saying that you were the one responsible for the bannings over there. I know who the moderator was at court tv. What I am saying that you both seem more than happy to ban those you label as "debunkers" right off

I agree with Holistic be yourselves and dont change, what is the problem if you me or anybody cannot spell, we still communicate and do the job of supporting and helping others in the spirit of love. I for one am glad we have people from all walks of life and levels of acedemic ability, although sometimes I have no idea what they are talking about lol :). The rich taperstry of human kind is wonderful and should be treasured. Long live HP and the people who frequent the forums.

Thanks for everyones posts! I suppose ignoring them is the best policy (plus it seems the easiest way to hack them off;))
It's not the difference of opinion that bothers me, everyone is entitled to their own opinions but it's what seems to be the absolute need of some peoples to enforce their views on others. It's the almost cult like zealotry of them and their belief that it's ok to decieve others (into beleiving that they are someone or something they are not) just to try to get them to think the same way they do.
