I was just surfing through this forum and came upon your post. I just wanted to replay, so I have joined the forum. I wanted to say that I know exactly how you feel, although from the opposite perspective. I have just started on a spiritual journey, which I feel is going really well, but my husband AND my teenage son do nothing but make sarcastic comments or mock. 🙁
I understand how negative it is and how it can affect you. I can at least talk to my husband at times, and he sometimes will agree with me, but I always sense he doesn't really mean it, and actually thinks I am mistaken or being misled. He is very materialistic and relates everything to money, which really gets me down at times.
Juat wanted to let you know that you are not alone!

I am a medium and run a circle and I know from those that attend and many I come into contact with that family's views can be a bit of a nightmare. I feel that it is about you not being tested but given the opportunity to stand firm in your beliefs and follow your soul rather than fall prey to the comments of others, after all they are comments made in fear and guess what....... more often than not they are the ones who will ask you for a reading!! On the quiet of course!!

Thank you psychic Sam for your welcome and your advice. I am a beginner to all this since January and I do get discouraged at times, when all I get is negativity from my own family!
