I had a post in another forum regarding the sarcophagus of Ramese VI being restored, but for some reason it has disappeared, hope this is of interest for you.
The other link i have also posted, and yes i am as excited as you over the news. I do believe that although i love to see antiquities, some pieces belong back in their homeland.
