RE: Period Pain
Hi Fiona,
I'm fine, thank you! I hope that our suggestions have been worthwhile for you. Ginger wine isn't really an alcoholic drink, it is a very warming beverage. You can buy it in Tesco's/Sainsbury's, etc. Hope you're feeling better now!
Hi Deva,
Thanks for the info on clary sage. It was recommended to me when I was suffering PMT problems, and post-miscarriage. This was about 10 years ago now, and I think that there has been some new thought in healing circles concerning this oil. It did help me at the time though.
Love to you both, Patsy.

RE: Period Pain
Not sure if you know about this little item: its called a ladycare and its a magnet that you place inbetween your pants and abdomen, you can use it in the bra and place at the back of your pants to ease pain. its free from chemicals as its just a magnet. I am not an agent before those of you like to point the finger!!!! its really good.
I also take Endau by neways, natural progesterone cream and my endo is in remission. cranberry juice is very good too and its now cranberry season, it really flushes you out.
best wishes
tammy

RE: Period Pain
Hello everyone
:)I've suffered with period pain for years (before and after childbirth). Recently I found the crystal that totally eliminates ALL my symptoms, "Malachite". I just leave it under my pillow, the stone does the rest. Please remember though that what might be right for me, may not be so right for you[sm=hidesbehindsofa.gif]. See what you think, let me know how you get on.[sm=sandrine.gif]
