Ok, so we've been trying for a baby for over a year and have just recently completed all the tests, one of which was the HSG.

I've now noticed that since the HSG I have a hard lump on the entrance of my cervix, it's not painful and doesnt bleed or anything but am just wondering if anyone knew if this could appear because of the HSG?

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hi there - welcome to HP

I'd go back and ask them to look at it. I can't hazard a guess as to what it might be.

If you are having infertility problems please have a look and have a good scout round the whole website - plenty to read! Marilyn Glenville also lectures on all kinds of female problems and all here info is science-based. Excellent information.

Wishing you all the best
