I would recommend Tachyonized Menopausal Tonic by ATTI. It contains various herbs including black cohosh to relieve endocrine imbalances, sleep difficulties and emotional imbalances associated with menopause and declining ovarian function. Very good for hot flashes and sweats.

PM me if want any further information. 🙂

Warmest Regards.

Have you tried the "ladycare" magnet... made by magnopulse.. it was trialed in Harleystreet with huggggeeeee success. Because it works with magnetic energies of your body, you don't have to worry about taking any drugs or such... It comes highly recommended and the testimonials on the site and from customers ringing in.. makes it a ideal alternative to HRT... It also has a (10+year) menopausal lifespan.. just a thought.. to help..

Thanks Crystalsteer

I will try anything, I just need to get some sleep and get rid of at least some of the symptoms I have. I will look into it.

Thanks

Kim

Hello, I've been peri-menopausal for about 6 or 7 years and have always taken herbal supplements as my mother took HRT for 10 years and when she came off it she had symptoms again, as Reikiangel mentioned. I decided not to bother with HRT and the supplements I've used have include combinations of black cohosh, agnus castus, red clover, sage, dong quai, and so on. At one point I was having hot flushes every 20 minutes!! but my symptons almost vanished after being made redundant which made me think that perhaps anxiety (as I hated my job) was in fact making them worse, so I can see where Kalms might be beneficial.

I've been pretty lucky as I've never had the kind of night sweats where you have to change your bedding and nightclothes but I do get the occasional hot flush. I find it helpful to have a 'hot' water bottle filled with cold water and if I feel a flush coming on, I put it under the back of my neck. It seems to help.

HRT just masks menopause.

All the suggestions above are interesting (some suggested by us also) but it is very much a personal thing on how the individual woman reacts to what they try.

Food just masks hunger, so why eat? Your body craves its natural hormones, which is why you have hot flashes and other symptoms, just like your body craves food so you have hunger pangs. When you were in your twenties with your full complement of hormones, you were at your healthiest. It's when you get older and lose those hormones that the trouble begins.

Read Ageless by Suzanne Somers and decide. She interviewed a dozen hormone experts, gynocologists, cancer specialists, antiaging doctors, endocrinologists who have been treating patients with natural hormones for years. That's what helped me decide. Thank God I found that book. It returned my quality of life and health.

HRT got bad press due to synthetic horse Big Pharma hormones, which some doctors are shockingly still using. They were proven to kill women yet they are still available, like cigarettes.
