Has anyone else got these or seen them? when they are pressed they disappear, then come back to the surface.

i dont know what these are but i have 2 on my hand and one on my chest too 🙁

yes they are called spider naevi,
if you go to a dermatologist they will laser them away (IPL)
it's cheap to do
