I'm 31 and have always had weak and brittle nails that peeled and flaked.
I have tried hardeners, hand creams and strengtheners. Nothing worked.
A few months ago I started taking Fish oils. I originally bought them for my son to help him with his concentration in school but he hated the taste. So not wanting to see them go to waste, I have been taking the tablets.
And my nails are fantastic. Really long and strong.
I would really recommend fish oils if your nails were like mine.

fish oils are also good for people who suffer with hard skin/callouses on their feet.
