Yes our thoughts create our realities and our underlying thought patterns and beliefs form what we are, it is what we are that is the experience, so in order to experience something, we need to open ourselves up and put ourselves into a position where we can become it.
The reality is that there is no right or wrong, positive or negative life experience, all life experiences are valid, we all have a right to choose to be happy or not happy in any given situation. Choosing to be not happy, will create something different than being happy, but different is not wrong, it is just a different personal choice that someone has chosen for themselves.
It is not the words that describe the different ways of being that flavor our life experience that are a problem, for they are words that are used to describe something that is being experienced right now.
It is the judgment that the life experience, whatever it is, is somehow wrong, so needs to be changed, that causes further separation and additional divisional conflict from that which was required to form the current life experience in the first place. 🙂
In my experience, people with what we tend to think of as self-esteem problems have soul-loss. Much easier to do soul-retrieval.
Gosh, this has all got a bit deep guys!!!
Gosh, this has all got a bit deep guys!!!
LOL! Perhaps, but then many of us understand mental and emotional issues from different perspectives, and wish to share those views so that the 'reader' (whoever that may be) can consider things from those perspectives as well.
At the end of the day, issues can be looked at using any of a variety of 'models' or 'paradigms', and different ones will suit different people to understand themselves or the issue better. What is it they say... variety is the spice of life. 😉

This has all become very deep! Thanks guys for all your posts. How interesting the human mind is 🙂
I have spent today studying how complex the human mind is learning about stress management . Although this was done from an NLP/CBT perspective you will ALL be pleased to hear that spirit spirituality meditation and mindfulness were ALL mentioned.
Can't believe I missed your reply 'Inventions implies they are NOT real. Are you saying low self esteem does NOT exist?
Yes I absolutely agree! Terminology is one thing but reality/behaviour can be another. Lack of confidence and belief in self has always existed.
