Wow, Energylz, thanks for the research and information. I'll research further.
CarolineN, I appreciate your dietary information, but changing my diet is a challenge. Most of my diet, when I do eat, is not too bad, though I drink too much coffee (2-3 cups a day) with lots of (demerara) sugar. What can I use instead of sugar that isn't a chemical substitute (I can't stand the taste)? I do like honey, and sometimes use that, but it can be too sweet. Usually Acacia or Clover.
For the past six months, I've not had great desire to eat (I've lost 20 lbs - bmi is in the 20 to 21 region). And the portions I eat are much smaller.
I suspect that my diet, as well as sleep patterns and stress, may have a great deal to do with my mood swings. If I could get these aspects of my life sorted, I think I could get a better grip on the root cause of my depression that began half a year ago.
Went to Health store to get some 5HTP,and was told that I needed a prescription,I really wanted to give it a go,same happened here with ST.John worth.:(

It's not a pill, it's a solution you apply to your eyelashes. And you need a prescription to get it.
But do you really feel like spending thousands of dollars over the course of your life to grow your eyelashes? Because if you stop using it, they go back to normal. Just use mascara.
much better way to your personal doctor and ask his about this topic

You need a prescription for it. Talk to your doctor about it.
