Yes, self exams are very important but can be pretty confusing as well since testicles have many natural bumps that are not cancer as well as cysts. Still, self-exam is important...like they say....better to prevent than to heal

To be honest Ive never really checked myself, supposed I should. Although my wife assures me that sheregularly checks me for lumbswhen we make love.
