hiya
can anyone tell me if craving and eating lots of ice cream is a symptom of something...I am speaking from the point of view of inner organs etc...if that makes sense...say like liver energy etc...
I hope this makes sense...in another way say like someone diabetic may crave or overeat certain foods....

Weird ... I was just thinking yesterday I wonder if it means something that I have an AVERSION to cold food and cold in general..... give me hot any day heheh I even hate opening the freezer for fear I might have to touch something cold! [:-]

this definitely fits a Homeopathic Psychological Profile!
I am sure I read in my Homeopathy bookks about a profile (a type of people, with hates and likes, temper, food, social and even wetaher preferences) which listes that...I shall have a look soon.
also, in Ayurvedic medicine, the "Pitta" people are governed by Fire and Air (I think), and they are highly energetic, not tall or short, average build, usually a fair complexion with blue eyes and cannot stand the heat. they can be ambitious and very competitive, and jaleous lovers with a temper!
Does any of these ring a bell?
Star-Dust: I myslef have an aversion for the cold, sheer pleasure for me is to lie down on a sun-heated smooth rock and let the sun cover me with magic warmth! I'm wondering if I'm not going to build a sauna at home!

Yep, same here. I'd love my own sauna and hot-tub, I take hot-waters to bed with me even in summer sometimes and right now I'm wearing two jumpers. Naturally my family think I'm a tad bit strange ... I'm always running around closing windows that they open. [8D] Give me sunshine any time [8D]

and you live in Eire!! someohow I get away with the loony diagnosis that people want to give me because I remind them that I am French and live in Britain! but then I have Italian friends who say it's not that cold here and I must finish by saying that I am lightly built...
and as the years pass, the colder I get too!
now, WHY do I think of one day moving to Ireland, is beyond comprehension...:eek:I know I will need to wear two body warmers (grannie's underwears, they're great its like you have another skin!) all year round and will keep my ear muffs until July too!
The parts of my body i cant stand having cold are the neck and the waist-belly (like when your jacket/jumper is too short...
