Hi.

Im 30 years old.

Im worried if my nipples are normal or not.

the outer edges sometimes appear puffy.... mostly when warmer.

and other times they appear normal & shrink back slightly so they look normal. - when they are a bit colder.

i cant feel any significant lumps under there.. there is a little of something, but i wonder if this is just natural organ/tissue thats meant to be under there - almost nothing.

i wonder if because i am a little over weight... it makes them appear this way?? and if i lost 2 stone and was at my ideal body weight (can pinch an inch currently) they might be some fat effecting my nipple area???

how do i know if its slight gyno? or due to my body weight? ot if they are meant to be like they are???

thanks 🙂

It isn't really for anyone on this forum to comment other than a doc - go and see your GP and he/she will be able to reassure you if there is no problem, or refer you if they think there is. I think you saying that you are a little overweight may have some connection. Perhaps if you went on a healthy eating regime, and did some exercise - aerobic and weights, you may change shape naturally. See the doc first.
