Hi
I'm a 32 yr old married male, with one three year old daughter. My wife had a mis-carriage just over a year ago. Since then we have seen a fertility expert as we have had some problems becoming pregnant again.
My wife has been diagnosed with PCOS so we might well need fertility treatment in the near future.I have recently (last few months) had pain in my penis when I get an errection. I've now seen a specialist and it seems I have Peyronie's Disease, which is why I have pain and why I am seeing a slight bending to one side.
This is causing me real distress. When I first got it I lost my errection. I think it was a bit of a surprise and the pain was quite intense. I now worry that everytime I get an errection I'm going to lose it. It makes it worse that we have to have sex on certain days to try for a baby.
Tonight was awful and the first day of four days when we'll need to try. I couldn't get an errection at all, then left it for a bit (with both my wife and I crying cos this is getting too much and we're on our last month before fertility), and I was fine after that. I had pain, but was ok or let it go out of my mind. What's troubling me more now is that when I think I'm going to ejaculate, I don't although every feeling I have indicates that i've cum. I then feel as though the whole base of my penis, under the shaft where it joins my body, is going to explode! After a while my testicles begin to feel tender, like I've been kicked an hour before!
I feel really lost and alone. I do speak to my wife but she's finding it hard at the moment anyways.
Sorry for the long note. It's just kind of coming out.
I'd be extremely thankful if anyone has had any similar experiences and can offer advice. PM me ( can you do that on here)or I'll get back to you on email ifyou don't want toadd anything.
Thanks
RE: Embarrasing but I have to ask
Hi Spencer,
I'm not a medic so can give no advice and haven't heard of the disease. I just wanted you to know I feel for you and wish you the best. Hopefully someone else can be more constructive.

RE: Embarrasing but I have to ask
Hi spencer 95,
I had similar problem when trying for our 5th child, after 4 boys wife was desperate for girl, specific times dasys etc!"!!!!
felt more like a chore, also lots of pressure to perform,,,, we are not machines. I noticed you said your wife was "finding it hard at the moment" perhaps you should have finished your post a little later......................
I think that you have to make the "act" less clinical, try to be as relaxed as possible, difficult I know, and convince yourselves that you are doing it to enjoy rather than impregnate her, it becomes too clinical.
I am sure that you are both worrying too much, so try hard to relax...
best wishes
