I've just found a lump on the under side of my fourth finger. It appears to be quite hard and thenafter a while I can squash it down. I am wondering whether it is a varicous vein?? Just seems a strange place to get one. I do sometimes get funny burst blood vessels in my fingers and so I am wondering whether it might be connected to that? I am just wondering whether it is going to develop as it is in totally the wrong place when I do my massage treatments!! It is also a bit sensitive but I don't know if that is because I keep pressing it! Any views on this atall? Do you think it is a vein?
I would like to know too Bex as I have just developed one too.
It is on my wedding ring finger (but don't wear any rings even tho married). I have had a few heavy duty massages to do recently and it just seems to have appeared.

Just like Bexx I get burst vessels but usually in my feet rather than my hands. I'll get a sudden pain and within 5 minutes I'll have a huge bruised area. I've only had it twice in around 5 years in my fingers and the bruising is no where near as severe. Strange creatures aren't we!
