Hi
Wondered if any reflexologists out there have had experience of treating anyone who recently has had a triple heart bypass. Or what are your thoughts regarding reflex treatment.
I wouldn't feel comfortable doing a full reflex treatment but could I do at least some areas to help with the healing?
I'm also not sure how long after surgery I can start treatment - anyone with experience please.

The specialist who treated my Dad during and after a quadruple heart by-pass op and also carried out fitting stents in several arteries is totally supportive of reflexology. He says that anything which creates calm and healing is OK by him.
You will know intuitively which areas need the most treatment and how long it should last, but the immune system is definitely worth covering.
