both my legs below knees ache all the time. at first the ache was only at night, however, more recently I am experiencing ache during the day. full blood count fine, thyroid fine. where next.

One of my clients took Calcium, Magnesium and Boron and the aches went away.
Could work for you, but you can only try it and see. Do you stand all day? Any history of varicose veins, or bad circulation?

I take it that there isn't a problem with varicose veins, but do you get any swelling?
Can you be a bit more specific about where you legs ache. Is it more that ankle, shin or the all of below the knee.

Hi, no I`m not diabetic, not that I know of anyway. I haven`t been diagnosed with circulation problems however, my fingers tend to go white in the winter. The ache is always on both legs around the ball of my leg. Dosn`t go down to ankles or round to shin. I`ve been to the doctor, blood taken to check antibodies in thyroid, also blood taken for kidneys and blood for liver check

ooooooo I have this.. at present in my right leg.... I was anxious.. thinking maybe a DVT ??... ( yeah I know[&:]) just like deep ache going from knee to ankle in the back of calf..... am I right to be worried??

Hi my first post so here goes.
About five weeks agoI started to get mild pain in my lower arms , knees down to the ankle and in the top part of the feet and in the toe joints.
I do not sleep well anyway but this problem is making things ten times worse. My chest seems tight also mainly again at night and finding (when i can) a good sleeping position is a nightmare(Ha Ha).
I do not have V. Veins, and only recently went to my Doctor where he asked me to have Full Bloods done(awaiting results). I take Atenenol,Lisinopril,and a 75mg asprin a day( amongst other bits and bobs).
I'ts getting me down any ideas??[:o]
