Hi,
I used to have tinitus when I was younger, but it went away and in October I took to jogging in the morning which meant I was using my ipod every day. I got tinnitus so decided to stop using my ipod that was before Christmas. Now I still have tinnitus and it seems to be getting worse! Im going mad!
Can anyone suggest anything? I have thought about Hopi Ear candles, do they work?

For balancing female hormones, the herb Vitex Agnus Castus (Chasteberry) is a classic. This can be infused, as a herbal tea (1 teaspoonful to a cup of boiling water, infuse 15mins) or 1-2ml. of the herbal tincture Dose is usually 3 times a day.
