Hi all,
I've had lower back pain for years. I've been to Chiropractors, Physio's, Osteopaths, Accupuncturists..... you name it, no one made any difference for longer than a week or so. The past year the pain increased to excruciating level so it was difficult to move in the morning. To cut a long boring story short (not to mention one I'm sure you've all heard before) the pain is now almost gone. I started Pilates once a week in January and ......pain has stopped! I am so happy about this.

I'm glad to hear this. I've got several friends who swear by Pilates for easing their back ache.

Great news ! Pilates as many others massage method can ease your bone ache easily nowadays. Can you share your exercises here ? Thanks
